The Wet ‘n’ Wild Watercolor Club welcomes Villages residents at all skill levels.
We like to have fun and learn from each other.
We work exclusively with Watercolors, and select a variety of projects
that help us explore different techniques and art related ideas.
Some weeks we have a guest artist to help us.
Some weeks we paint along with a DVD or Video.
The last Saturday of each month we have our contest. Winners are determined by vote of those in attendance.
Join us each Saturday from 12:00 noon until 2:50pm
in the Fox Grove room at the Saddlebrook Recreation Center.
Please note, our meeting room is in use prior to our meeting so the room is
not available until 11:30.
Due to space limitations, we have only 48 painting spaces (24 tables with 2 people each). We will add some chairs for viewing only. To manage the tables we have implemented a Sign-Up process. For details on the table sign-up process, click here: Class Sign-Up
You must be a paid member for 2012 to receive the weekly newsletter, buy mats and order from Cheap Joe's at cost through the club. IF YOU KNOW A MEMBER WHO ISN'T GETTING THE NEWSLETTER, please have them send an email to TheGizzzmo@AOL.Com to let Kathy Brislen know.

“In House artists” If you are willing to do a demo for our group, please give us your name and a brief description of what you would like to do. We are always looking for artists to help us. We will help you as much as we can. Also, if you know anyone who would like to Critique our contest, let us know that too. We do give you a small compensation for your knowledge.
** Please Return DVD's ** If you have a DVD and you've had it for more two weeks, we ask that you please return it. If you are leaving The Villages, please return our DVDs before you go away. Thank You
Supplies: Supplies are sold to members only and are available from 11:30 until 12:00, before the meeting and again after the meeting if time allows. To prevent any disruptions, the mat bins will not be available during the meeting. Please handle the mats and plastic sleeves with care and return them to their proper bin. Thank You for your help.
The Cheap Joe's order is placed on the last Saturday of EACH month and should be here the first Saturday of the next month. Inquire at the next meeting if interested.
